Ogle Brothers Cornbread Recipe
Ogle Brothers Cornbread
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 cups cornbread mix
4 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. Ogle Brothers bacon jam
⅓ cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg until foamy. Add buttermilk and mix well. Add cornbread mix to the wet mixture until smooth. Then add the melted butter to the mixture and stir. Add in bacon jam and sour cream, and stir well.
Pour batter into a 9-inch by 9-inch pan or skillet that has been well greased. Bake for 25 minutes. The top should be light brown, and the sides should shrink away from the pan. Enjoy with butter and honey.

Ogle Brothers Cornbread Dressing
Ingredients
3-4 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onion
5 cups chicken broth
1 cup of butter
21 oz. cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded chicken
1 16 oz. package of ground Italian sausage, prepared
3 Tbsp. Ogle Brothers cornbread dressing seasoning
10 Slices of chopped stale white bread
1 Ogle Brothers cornbread recipe, prepared
Directions
Place chopped celery and onion in a large stockpot.
Add chicken broth to the pot and boil for 10 minutes.
Add butter and cream of chicken, then simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, crumble prepared cornbread.
Add stale chopped bread.
Add shredded chicken and sausage to the bread mixture.
Combine onion mixture with bread mixture in a large bowl.
Add cornbread dressing seasoning and combine.
Place in a large parchment-lined pan.
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
