The milk used by Cruze Farm is from their dairy farm in Knoxville. Over 30 years ago, Earl and Cheri Cruze got married, and they continued to work on the family farm, milking jersey cows and selling milk to local businesses. This tradition is still taking place with several businesses purchasing their milk, and the surplus is used to make the ice cream! The cows at the original farm are in the pasture all year long, and they are never given hormones.
